In both performance and education, the company is interested in exploring the relationships between concept, process, and product, discovering paths from science, history, technology, literature, or individual sentiment to the performing and visual arts. JDT residency programs can be designed collaboratively with the host organization and can be integrated into almost any curriculum from the arts to the sciences. Led by the artistic director and company artists or collaborators, residencies range from three days to three months and may include the following programs.
